Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. Return Policy
MyAashis offers 15 days free return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can initiate a return online through MyAashis Returns Portal (Click here!) Once your return is submitted, MyAashis Returns department will process your return in 3 business days and once your return is approved, you will receive RMA details and a free return label for returning the product. RMA will have the correct return address where the product needs to be returned. Return sent to any other address will not be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds
- Once return is received and inspected, customers are notified through email that return is received by MyAashis.
- Any item returned in less than new condition will incur upto 60% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount at the discretion of MyAashis.
- Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days from the day received.
