This fixture is just beautiful! And, it's not just the its looks...it is high quality. Anything out that I found that even came close to this size was AT LEAST double the price. Love it!The only problem that came up was non-timely receipt of services,Services received after two weeks and I was very disappointed at first, but it was nice to use it.

Return Policy

Returns

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including return shipping) within 30 days of delivery. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from delivery. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.

Must be free from scratches and/or defects
Must not have been installed
Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
Must not have any writing on the original packaging

Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout

Restocking Fees

Defective Returns

You may initiate a return for defective item(s) within 72 hours of receipt for a full refund. Once a return has been set up and returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the return is deemed to be defective, a full refund will be applied to your account.
